As soon you loses a Job you need to contact the bank and let them know.... I already did this 2 times different years, 1993 and 2001..
I contact the bank and let them know that I lose my job. I write the name, day and time with the person a leave the information I also send a certify letter to have evidence...Remember this notification is just in case you start paying late or 2 month behind..
To request help You need to have 2 month behind at least... That what happen to to me.. I have two month behind and the bank offer me to paid for those 2 month only the interest.. In 1993 my sport car paid $375.00 and the interest that I only paid was 112.00 dollars and my vars was up to date.... They offer me 3 months much better for me..But remember if you last payment due in may 2010 NOW will due on august of 2010.. The 3 month of interest you paid move the payment at the end of the last month and year...Is not a trick and help you a lot...
This was offer 2 times from 2 different banks...I know this exist also in USA because I told to my sister and the bank help her the same way and this happen to her 6 months ago...
To last alternative unless you paid to much in car in sale the car or return it... Sorry after a person lose a job is very hard to have a good credit no matter how hard you try.. |
